1st half, the tackles were so bad and no card was given. 2nd half, even worst tackles and 2yellows and 1 red (which you can't count as it was just stupid) On the football side, game was poor, so poor. Corinthians run around and hustle you like an average team does in a big game. Chelsea had the better of the possession and the attempts, Corinthians only shot on target ends u p in a goal, and it was defo going to be a 1-0 win to whoever. But i can't stress enough, that game WAS FUCKING SHIT. Club World Cup, just went down in a lot of value, not a good advertisement for football ^_^

I expected a lousy game but it seems like getting a full nights sleep was a good call. If it was expected to be the 2 best teams in the world I probably wouldnt have slept through it. CWC is just a vanity fair, it always has been. Barca-Atleti should be interesting today. La Pulga v El TIGRE !

2-1! Real take the lead 3minutes into the second half. Cracking finish from Coentrao after a neat 1-2 with Ronaldo on the edge of the box! Wait, what Callejón playing striker? Thought he was an attacking midfielder?

Iirc he was striker on his old club and plays now more or less right midfield/right winger if di Maria isn't playing. Since Higuain and Benzema are injured he is playing in front.

Still, 2 times unmarked, 2 goals. What a beast.

That's usually how he rolls though. The guy is a pure impact player. It's how he's able to play so many games without getting jaded. He saves energy by not trying to influence the game too much, but only bursting into his genial ways when it's the right time & place. And I wouldn't say he was unmarked for both goals. He had a lot of work to do for both.
