The stream chat is a MAJOR reason why I watch live events, so much camaradie and jokes all the time, T.V. would have none of that and would be quite frankly boring to me. Also besides this, the only way esports on tv would work would be a large timeslot or a whole channel dedicated to esports since the length of a match varies. Edit: Now that I think about it, they could broadcast prerecorded games and edit them to fit them into either 30 min or 1 hour timeslots depending on the match length and putting ads as fillers to fill in the times as needed.

you will have to find a good framework to present your findings given the enormous sample bias, perhaps stating upfront that the most knowledgeable population should be weighed heavier than general population GOOD LUCK!! ![]()

It is pretty commonly held that the next step for eSports is gambling. Then again, I'd be shit out of money over MKP by now.

Discussion topic: How do you think eSports is going to impact the future of business in 2012/2013? Keep in mind that eSports is not just Starcraft II. You mean keep in mind that HOT_BID is not esports for the purposes of this survey.

If you want to the more "troublesome" side of computergames, you should check out this one: http://carmster.com/families/workshop/uploads/Main/Oosting2.pdf I also did I survey, which hit over 400 participants, because mousesports.de (yes, thorzains mousepsorts ![]() One tweet/post from evilgeniuses, mousesports etc can get you a ton of clicks! Good luck with your project! EDIT: In questions 2, are "streamed shows" reffering to esport shows or "non-esport-stuff" (tv-shows)? EDIT2: On April 24 2012 14:48 Cocoba wrote: The next step for me was to have amazing production value with minimal to zero screw ups. My thoughts exactly. Right now, theres no "next step", the steps that have been done so far should be perfected (or made close to perfect). Dreamhack was an amazing show! They fucked up the mic-sounds sometimes, but especially the combination of pictures and music on the stream was amazing. Final moment give me nerdchills no matter how ofter i watch the vid ![]()
