Climbing The Ladder is a weekly e-Sports show that discusses the ins and outs of all the various segments of professional gaming (player, team, tournament organizing, sponsors, casting, etc.). The focus of the show will be about clearing up misconceptions in each segment and to hopefully create a problem solving and idea generating environment to help the e-Sports community/industry progress.
Episode #12 (07/03/12 3:30pm EST) - Michal "Carmac" Blicharz
So the show is named "Climbing the Ladder" but... "Climbing The Ladder is a weekly e-Sports show that discusses the ins and outs of the player, team, and tournament organizing segments of professional gaming. The focus of the show will be about clearing up misconceptions in each segment and to hopefully create a problem solving and idea generating environment to help the e-Sports community/industry progress."
Will this show be helpful for those of us climbing the ladder or like Lo3/SotG/other talkshow type things where its more a current events discussion?
Suggestion: Have some more focused questions. Like when you just started talking about team makeup right now, you went from asking about koreans, to personalities (?) to girls. Idk, you should try to ask less ... "obvious" questions, have more of a point you want to get at with your question, not generalities.
Amazing first show! :D I couldn't believe how drawn in I was immediately by the great questions and topic discussions. The hosts trade off expressing their opinions very well. I especially like how they didn't always agree with each other and had respectful debates. It's good to hear both sides of each topic. Keep up ideas coming! Can't wait for next episode!

Duran "XerisLIGHT" Parsi (Founder CEO Team LIGHT and Head admin for NASL/CSL) and Rachel "Seltzer" Quirico (CSN eSports journalist and event host) on as guests this week. We will dig into running events/teams and issues you run into as an eSports journalist.
I especially like how they do not always agree with each other and respect for the debate. They should be clear, have a brief Pointed Toe Leather Pumps description and larger photo available for you to view the proper look of Black Pointy High Heels.
