I'm sorry to hear that, however, I have dealt with every customer of Ace Lessons and only a few have had trouble connecting to the coach -- which, by the way, we issued an immediate refund (in full) for. We take pride in offering our 48 hour coaching guarantee -- if you cannot connect to your coach within 48 hours (they will send an email), you will receive a full refund upon request. Keep in mind that MLG weekend just finished, so there might have been a slight delay in terms of scheduling, however, this is rarely the case. | ||
