They gave me official statements by the doctors who denied me and I'm supposed to write a rebuttle, right.
Amongst numerous ridiculous arguments that I'd rather not talk about, here's one that's indicative of the shit I'm dealing with. They called a doctor who I havent seen in 10 years, and that doctor told them he hadn't seen me in 10 years, didn't remember the details from 10 years ago, didn't have any written notes for them, and then told them that I've been unemployed during this time period in which he wasn't seeing me.
Peace corps then used that testimony as my work history and said it was indicative of unresolved problems, while completely ignoring the professional resume that I sent them. In the time period in question I was employed full time by the fucking department of homeland security. They have records of that and a letter from my boss, and are deciding that a phone call with a man who admits to having no contact with me is more credible.
It's a lot of stuff like that. So aggravating. That is utterly despicable. It hurts my brain just reading about it.

Ok so I ran a little test stream and everything seemed to work ok, so I may join the LLL streaming crew soon™. I don't have any graphics or anything though, because I have no idea how that stuff works.

Well, I'm on the ground again finally.

What's a good emulator for our phone? Specifically for GBA shit. Will type out a longer answer explaining when I'm at a computer, but while I'm on my phone, the tl;dr is GBA.EMU, Retroarch with VBA-M core if there is one, or MyBoy!, depending on your needs.

Oh god what how am I tied for 3rd
I watched like two matches of MSI and then some of world last year, and I think some of the all-stars thing but that might've been more than a year ago. I picked randomly and with a little bit of truisms that get thrown around "ties in LPL" and if I've heard of one team and not the other then I go for the one I've heard of.
EXPERT.

Streaming is hard work man.

Ok, so, emulators.
Basically, over the most recent couple years, smartphone hardware has gotten to the point where hardware specs are no longer a limitation to emulation, and therefore emulation can focus on what it has on PC for years, which is on accurate emulation rather than cutting corners to optimize for poorer hardware (which results in emulation bugs in a lot of games). While there aren't really benchmarks that are easy to use like there are for other systems (GB/GBC, SNES, NES, Genesis, etc.), judging from the quality of emulators for those systems, the two most likely frontrunners for accurate GBA emulation are going to be GBA.EMU and Retroarch.
GBA.EMU is the work of Robert Broglia, who does a bunch of emulators for other systems as well, and is regarded as probably the best emulator developer for the Android platform. Pretty much all his emulators are among the most accurate for whatever system they're coded for, and they're very easy to use and have a strong feature set.
Retroarch is an open source platform for emulator development on many different platforms, and supports emulation for many different systems. Essentially, the Retroarch base supports various emulation cores for different systems and with various cores you can basically emulate any system provided that there's a core developed for it. The catch here is that the quality of the emulation depends on the core used. Previously the only GBA core for Android was gPSP-based (gPSP is the most prolific GBA emulator for the PSP, which does not have good enough hardware for perfect emulation and therefore likewise cuts some corners). I remember there being a VBA-M-based core (VBA-M being the current best GBA emulator on PC), but I don't know if that actually is a thing. If it is, the emulation quality is as good as you're going to get. On the whole, Retroarch is a little clunkier to use than GBA.EMU as well, and takes some fiddling to actually get set up (while GBA.EMU just works straight-up.
The best-selling emulators in the Play Store (MyBoy! and John GBA) got most of their download count from when accurate emulation wasn't a priority, and so the emulation quality on the whole is going to be worse than the above mentioned emulators, but even despite that, they have some particular features that might be useful. Their user interfaces are somewhat more friendly, and IIRC they have better peripheral support. They also, as expected, run better on older, weaker phones, but for the 1+1 this should be a non-issue. MyBoy! is better than John GBA (John emulators in general have awful emulation quality). The only thing going for John GBA is it's cheaper than MyBoy!, but if you *really* care about price, both GBA.EMU and Retroarch are free.
Also, don't use Gameboid. Gameboid is garbage.

No, I would have been way more pissed at that, it was 3 Silver Hand Knights, none golden, all of them.

I played around with it a bit, and if I put in some work I could definitely figure it out, but I just wanted to get the test stream rolling quick. I'm sure with other games it wouldn't be so bad, but I was playing one of the classic Mega Mans and it leaves so much empty space unless I stretch it(and then it looks awful so that's not an actual solution). I should probably try another test stream with a more gpu/cpu intensive game and see how it goes but I really just wanted to see if it worked, how my internet felt while streaming at a decent bitrate, etc.

Cool. Don't really need stream graphics as long as the games are interesting. Well really ill tune in since i do enjoy the small streams here.

I use Purplecherry GBA emulator. Pretty happy with that one, but IDK, never tried the ones Yango suggested.

Doesn't VBA have a Windows Phone build anyway?
EDIT: Apparently it does, but it's not available in the Windows Phone App Store anymore. Retroarch seems to have had Windows Phone versions in development as of last year though.

My brain hurts.
I had to restore my Video card drivers to like 3 patches ago to play The Evil Within with menus.
That's a first for me. I guess it kind of makes sense... but that just feels backwards to me, lol. Must be a bug in those patches that is incompatible with bad Console Ports.

[seriously, like god damn this game is poorly optimized. Take a Gander at the Minimum specs:
CPU: Core-i7 or an equivalent 4+ core processor CPU Speed: Info RAM: 4 GB OS: Windows 7/8.1 Video Card: GeForce GTX 460 or an equivalent 1GB VRAM card Free Disk Space: 50 GB]
