I still think I'd like it more as one giant thread. I understand the need for two threads though. I just find GD so boring now.

fking Nvidia.
Download a driver update and it causes my laptop to black screen. Am forced to spend hours trying to uninstall the damn thing while running on integrated gfx.

That's interesting.
Sounds like you live a very interesting life over there. Are you there to mostly teach, or do you do other things?
Forgive my ignorance, as I believed you mentioned this before and I've forgotten.
And I'm to lazy to look it up.

In a way I don't mind it because I don't play League anymore(and tbh don't really plan to), so the alternative means I'd just not be reading/posting in the League forum ever, or at least very rarely(like, once a patch thread when I check on how the game is moving along, and when someone posts something funny in pictures).

I haven't played League in a while and kinda wanna get back into it but a large portion of my free time these days ends up going towards playing Smash with my roommates.

@frudgey I teach mostly as its Monday-Friday but I do a lot of extra things too. I'm working with another school to improve their computer lab, me and two buddies threw an hiv/aids awareness event where 1000 students came, I'm working with another school to get them a water tank, I've facilitated some workshops to teach other teachers how to teach life skills, etc. lots of stuff still in the works too. it's a very interesting change of pace from what I'm used to but it's really awesome.

How is that even a question? The drop off is higher than Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin cookies.

Eh, kinda difficult that one. I think I could do more with electricity, but running water's such a basal need (though if there's a good, clean well to use I'd prefer electricity).

Also less strain on the legs walking to and from the well than pedaling for dynamo electricity.

That was me. I thought the initial idea of this thread was to talk about Pokemon stuff, then Hearthstone came out and I figured out where all of the content came from besides the day to day affairs.

you can definitely do more with electricity but running water drastically improves your quality of life. I got a buddy with electricity and he'd take running water every day of the week and twice on Sundays. I have neither and running water definitely the better choice. you get used to not having both, but even being able to wash your hands so easily is worth way more than charging your computer.

Running water is probably the obvious answer, but when I was searching for apartments, having electricity included in rent payments was one of the top priorities.
I fear the inevitable day that I have to pay for my own electricity usage.

Running Water. Not having it makes life hell.
Sorry JonGalt

My sister has been in Zambia working at a hospital (way out in middle of nowhere), from what I hear she said about the same. She was there for ~6 months, when they got back Lusaka, capital city of Zambia it was like heaven to have a warm shower.

Days like these make me thankful that I only have a 5 minute commute to work and no longer have to walk across campus to get shit.
