I googled it real quick and all I could find were ideas on frying fresh peppers. Are they completely dried out like crushed red pepper dry? Also, a lot of recommendations for the Jimmy Nardello version of frying peppers. | ||

But they are crispy and very light when fried quickly in oil. I think it takes like ~75 days for them to be dry and ready for frying. Hey man, if you had genes like these, you'd be trying to make money off them too. | ||
