naw i went to the gym, i wasnt drunk when i went i drove myself and everything just a little tipsy then continued after. ran for 10min to get my sweat on then did some good back and bi then ran for another ten. my fucking gym is so lame it only has one of those pillars with pull downs and rows so there is no cable flies between them kinda thing like who the fuck does that why are there so many machines what if someone else wants to do tricept pulldowns at the same time as me! | ||

Ye my gym is like 80% machines on the top too. I don't get why people love machines so much. Seems like such a waste of time. When I went to Joburg last month I went to a huge gym there that was maybe double the size of my gym yet still had the same number of bench press stations and barbell racks. | ||

but im also fat so thats okay. going to the gym hungry is harder but i just look at my belly and thats motivation enough | ||
