There are, however a very vocal miniorty in the community that think this store should be stripped of its ability to sell Wizards product because they find it discriminatory, and have gotten as far as getting stores reported to wizards. Nerds and people of the internet era that lack social skills simply don't understand that if I can smell you from across a table that it is a problem. In a way it's not any different from the asscrack man, but has caused as big of a stir in the same regard. And while I agree with what the sign is trying to say (because god can only help me if I have to bring febreeze with me to my first round of a PTQ), but there are much better ways of handling it, and is it the Stores responsibility, or is it the responsibility of the organizers of the events to make sure people can hold a dress code. | ||

Sure you and I probably have a good idea what normal grooming standards though, but what about the people who this sign is applying to? Because to them I'm willing to bet that they have a less-than-good understanding on what "normal" is, if for the reason that they lack social skills. I'm sure none of their friends or family told them what "normal" is. I mean they might know what normal is, but then again they may not. And I'm really not trying to be all like "But normal is subjective!", but rather I'm just trying to say that I don't think that the offensively smelling people go to those kinds of events thinking "I want to smell as bad as possible just to get under people's skins". | ||
