I'm watching this and holy shit, this is like the worst possible thing I've ever conceived. It's gritty reboot for the sake of gritty reboot. This is what Transformers fans must of felt with the Bay films. Having said all that, It'd be a neat twist/take on the I guess Power Ranger genre to see when things go horribly wrong. It's just not Power Rangers.

I'm pretty sure that's the point.
It was too ridiculous for me to view it as anything other than satire directed at these kinds of reboots making it to the box office.

I saw an interview with the director and he talked about how the whole premise of Power Rangers is actually pretty insane and they are kinda like child soldiers. Haven't watched it yet but I want to. For a short fan film the concept seems meet. Plus Starbuck.
There was a tweet saying he purposely doesn't have the damage to clear effectively.
Yeah, unfortunately. In the reveal they mention Alistar needing nerfed so he couldn't jungle. Not that they're that similar but they specifically had that in mind.
If anything from today made me want to play League again, reading the patch notes that just came out completely killed that desire.

Wow, you're right. It did. Why does Riot hate junglers, why would you nerf one of the like 3 current junglers played and do nothing for the horde of junglers that would love to be back in the jungle?!

Like all prior jungle reworks. They completely messed up so now are back to the cycle of 3 junglers of the patch. Maybe S6 they'll figure it out.
I just realized that I would like Bard's kit a lot more if Health packs had the reverse effect when an enemy steps on them (e.g. slow+damage). Reason being that suddenly introduces a ton more potential interactions in his kit.
Holy shit I'm totally picking up league again for this.
Given that I've seen you stream and have seen you get exceptionally salty at Isaac, I can't say with confidence that this would be your wisest decision.
That would be pretty cool to do for the health packs. His one damaging ability just seems really adverse to the style of play they want him to bring. I'm sure he'll still work out sooner or later. Maybe his like meep auto's will cover the rest of his damaging needs.
Anyway, to hell with all this nonsense about hero's and champions. All you really need is giant robots.
Behold, the result of a year and a half of me learning to sprite:
2 of the "pretenders" are not entirely original and 2 of them are photos, but every dinosaur was drawn by these hands. I'm pretty sure this is the first game mod I've ever completed, ever.
edit: oh wait there one I did a long time ago when I was 9. Still.
