Someone recommend me a good TV show? I've watched Sons Of Anarchy, Game Of Thrones, Lie to me, HIMYM, TBBT, The 70's show, The Killing, The Wire, Spartacus, Breaking Bad, House Of Cards, Suits, The Sopranos, House, Hannibal. Don't want Supernatural and Dexter.

Mad Men is one of my favorite shows. Made by Matthew Weiner, who also made The Sopranos.

Boardwalk Empire was good for the first season ish.

True Detective is quite possibly the best thing I've seen in a long time.

Fargo I've heard is also really good but I haven't seen it.

If you're into super hero stuff, Arrow and The Flash are decent. If you watch them, though, make sure you sync up the storylines correctly.

I don't like s-f/superhero shows, so I guess I'll skip Arrow and The Flash.

Heard already that Fargo / True Detective are pretty good.

Anything else? I wish we had something similar to Lie to me, shit was really good. And yes, I've watched Mentalist.

Rick and Morty, Archer, Luther, Utopia (the Channel 4 one), Sherlock, True Detective.

In no particular order but Rick and Morty takes up the least amount of time and is incredibly good.

Boardwalk Empire was good for the first 2 seasons, it's not exactly bad for the 3-4 but they've got really annoying stuff sprinkled in it, especially season 4. I still have to watch the last one, apparently it started incredibly slow and dull so I didn't get into it, although apparently it picks up.

Idk, every Evo Blazblue finals besides 09 (when game didn't even officially release), were all insanely hype for many reasons. The Spark/LK GF showcased some of the greatest defense/blocks of any player in ANY FG match I've ever seen, while the last Dogura/Galileo was such a roller coaster ride.

I felt like everyone knew last Evo was the last time KoF13 was going to appear as a main game. Getting Grand Finals bumped to a Saturday slot was a pretty big indicator, and the shitty commentary certainly didn't help otherwise fine matches (although admittedly, not nearly as good/hype as 2012/13).

edit:
T7 still pretty crazy, considering it probably won't be released yet on consoles state-side (pretty cool they playing on cabs though), while I'm willing to bet money UNIEL has a bigger playerbase than P4A atm, and is probably the 2nd most popular anime fighter atm (at least over here).

Tristate/Canada/Florida go hardbody on UNIEL.

What's T7?
UNIEL is a name I've heard thrown around but I don't know if it's part of a series or a new title.

Blazblue didn't really hype me because even after watching a few match I didn't find it aesthetically pleasing and it had much more visual clutter than others like KoF (or even UMvC, where the 3D helps phasing out the background).

Yeah I wasn't that into Blazblue - I just remember being all "wtf" while I watched it. Although, at the time, all vs fighters were pretty unfamiliar to me, so I wouldn't mind watching it again. Sad there's no SG though =(

Tekken 7, and UNIEL is Under Night in Birth anime fighter. Looks/plays very similarly to Melty Blood.

High level Mahvel is easy to watch! If you're not running the obstacle course, then you're probably either giving or receiving a lightning loop, getting danced on by Dr. Doom, or praying you don't eaten by an angry Vergil/Phoenix.

edit: Theres usually a side stream for SG iirc. My buddy and a fellow TL'er Trumpet got 3rd or 4th in the first SG Evo tournament!

Oh. Tekken games, whatever, who cares about these. I only know Melty Blood by name too.

UMvC3 is boring when people just 100-0 infinite combo one another, catching the next character during his entrance, but other than that counters, dropped combos, happy birthdays, interceptions, etc. can make for pretty clutch/hype show. Apparently there aren't many people to feel fine with ChrisG's style though.
