You very quickly get to the point where none of your Pokemon are at any risk because of how insanely overleveled you get, and the rest is just the annoyance of not being allowed to catch the Pokemon you want. For those that don't know, the XP change in Gen 6 is that all Pokemon that participated in a battle get FULL XP for it, rather than having the XP split between them. Which means that if you train more than one Pokemon up, all the Pokemon that helped you train it via switching just end up disgustingly overleveled. | ||

That's interesting. I'll bring it up, though I'm not sure if people truly care enough for that to happen. I mean the last draft where a big money card came up (foil hellkite charger) the guy drafted it for his deck and for good reason as well. Someone else got Marchesa. As far as fate reforged it seems as though the rares are being evaluated at less than their usual values as well? No wait it wasn't hellkite charger...I gotta look it up. Some really awesome dragon. Unless it's rare-drafting or there's a significant number of prize packs, ofc you're going to draft for rares. The number of packs for 1st place has to be pretty high AND you have to know you have a shot at winning it for it to be worth it over most chase rares. Taking a $5 rare over the chance at like 2 more packs is a no-brainer. | ||
