Kel'Thuzad is terrible when behind, and only good when even if you can play him then make good trades. Then again Loatheb buys tempo if you expect a play on a certain turn but if you're behind the body isn't as nice (though better for the cost I'd say). Alaric, you dumb Kel'thuzad is literally the best Legendary in Arena, FLAT OUT. Also went 4-3 with a pretty good Shaman draft. Da fk. First loss was literally a constructed warrior. Grom, Brawl, x2 executes and x2 tasks, x2 sludges, death's bite...and on and on. The craziness continued from there.

I've been playing too much constructed I guess. or gvg just threw everything off for arena. or it might be because I've only played 1 mage arena since I've started it lol. who knows. I used to be able to infinite arena without mage but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore. edit: on the legendary pick, I would actually have taken trade prince gallywix or maybe loatheb. gallywix has sick stats for a 6 mana (pretty much same as ogre) and lets you take any spell that can remove him. any spell that doesn't is just a bonus. lol I'm at 4.75 average or something like that.

I tend to value card draw because Rogue is shit at that ('cept Miracle) and Sprint takes your whole turn and can easily come way after you've emptied your hand. 2) Ogre over Blade flurry? Is it because you value the stats over a draft that may not give weapons nor poison? 3) Kel'Thuzad over Loatheb? I assume in arena where decks are less consistent Loatheb is less interesting. 4) I usually take demolisher over something like questing adventurer because it's had a lot of value for me (but I guess as people draw more low-mana stuff since GvG it doesn't work as well). 5) FoK over Frost elemental? It's better for the curve, and you needed AoE? 6) SI:7 over Azure Drake? For curve again? 7) Cannon over Spectral Knight I assume is purely curve, since Knight is so much better in general, especially in Arena? 8) Cult Master over SSC? I'd tend to value the buff because unless you have a shitton of stuff to flood the board early (or a taunt) I find that you can rarely get more than one card from the Cult Master before it's removed. 9) Shiv over Cold Blood? Card draw? 10)You got offered so many eviscerates and saps wtf. 1) 3/3 body is better than a 1/3 body, the heal is relevant because I'll be using my face to control the board early since first pick was Piloted Sky Golem so I know already that I'll be curving into lategame well, and best case scenario for Acolyte is you get an Arcane Intellect plus 1/3 body and usually it is just a 3 mana Novice Engineer 2) Stranglethorn tiger is a 5/5 for 5 with stealth, so Ogre ninja is amazing because most of the time the passive doesn't hurt you much or they have to attack into it anyways. Blade Flurry is questionable with just one weapon. I prefer to pick it up after already guaranteeing Tinker's or Deadly Poisons because of consistency. Note that retrospectively I could've gone with a totally different draft, taking the Blade Flurry here and then picking up Tinker's at 4 and then get my Evisc's later but forward drafting sometimes you just bone yourself doing that and I'm trying to go infinite in arena so consistency is key 3) KT is best card in the game imo for arena. Arena is basically all minion combat so if you have even one minion out KT guarantees at least 3 for 1 (KT needs to be removed, your respawned minion needs to be removed, and whatever you killed on their side is a free 1 for 0). Loatheb generally ends up being a Stranglethorn Tiger with upside. I also have a lot of 5s already. Trade Prince Gallywix has some sick stats and the passive probably has value but I don't know if it is good enough to beat KT and 6 often ends up being a big tempo turn for rogue playing a 4 drop + eviscerate or some 2 drop + Tinker's. 4) Demolisher is awful and Questing has at least potential to gain value since I have a pretty aggressive deck that should maintain board control until turn 8 or 9 when massive removal will ruin me. 5) AoE is good, FoK isn't that bad because it at least cycles, my curve is already pretty high, there are shitloads of 1 HP minions now between Muster for Battle, Imp-losion, and Mech Yetis you need to ping off 1 HP in yeti slap fights. Also you tend to value spell power in rogue and so if I do see a good spell power pick then FoK becomes Consecrate. 6) Yea too many high drops not enough 3 drops. I might be super boned in an opening hand and playing SI-7 as a 3/3 for 3 is better than losing the game. 7) Again too many 5+ drops, not enough early game, and also SICK SICK PIRATE SYNERGY. 8) I need a four drop, and generally Cult Master is better than SSC because of how arena is about minion combat. Plus I do have Shredder, Silver Hand, and Haunted Creeper for extra magic. 9) Shiv is a guaranteed cycle, and I didn't know that at pick 30 I'd have an argent commander (otherwise Cold Blood might've been better). Shiv also gives some early control while cold blood can often be a dead card if you aren't constantly punching them in the face. My curve is pretty flat and I'm not going to be aggressive until turn 4 when the power minions come out. If it was a wall of 2s (and deckhands / bluegills) into removal spells then I'd take the cold blood for more reach dmg. 10) Sap isn't that great. Evis you also can't really take too many of because it isn't Fireball.

It's not really constructive, and I seriously doubt anybody here is as qualified on the matter as the attorney I spoke to. I might speak to another lawyer, but honestly for me, just the consultation where I got to hear from a knowledgeable source that what they did was a violation of my rights was enough. That's already a lot of satisfaction right there, and the medical bills were things I was already prepared to pay. It's kind of hard to explain but like, when you've lived through depression and recovered from it, there's a lot of pride and strength in the knowledge that you're just as healthy and capable as anybody else. To be told that you aren't is very painful regardless of whether or not it's true, and to be told it by your government is even worse. So to know that Peace Corps was legally in the wrong by doing that is a big source of closure, and likely puts me in a better place than forcing a years long legal battle would. If it was going to be an easy thing and I'd just get a bunch of money simple and clean (reference) then that might be another story, but I've already been fighting them for two years. I think I'm done with it. I'm looking into some alternate volunteer opportunities and reapplying for grad school, things should prob be okay. Didn't get a chance to reply to this earlier since I was only on my phone. Hey, once you're done with your graduate school you can always do the "teaching english to asian kids" gig for a year or two. You're helping people out, and getting paid. Also have a side bonus of dating Asian hunnies. Edit: also feel free to pm me the guide, I wouldn't mind perusing through it for mistakes or critiques.
