I might speak to another lawyer, but honestly for me, just the consultation where I got to hear from a knowledgeable source that what they did was a violation of my rights was enough. That's already a lot of satisfaction right there, and the medical bills were things I was already prepared to pay. It's kind of hard to explain but like, when you've lived through depression and recovered from it, there's a lot of pride and strength in the knowledge that you're just as healthy and capable as anybody else. To be told that you aren't is very painful regardless of whether or not it's true, and to be told it by your government is even worse. So to know that Peace Corps was legally in the wrong by doing that is a big source of closure, and likely puts me in a better place than forcing a years long legal battle would. If it was going to be an easy thing and I'd just get a bunch of money simple and clean (reference) then that might be another story, but I've already been fighting them for two years. I think I'm done with it. I'm looking into some alternate volunteer opportunities and reapplying for grad school, things should prob be okay. | ||

Ogre over Blade flurry? Is it because you value the stats over a draft that may not give weapons nor poison? Kel'Thuzad over Loatheb? I assume in arena where decks are less consistent Loatheb is less interesting. I usually take demolisher over something like questing adventurer because it's had a lot of value for me (but I guess as people draw more low-mana stuff since GvG it doesn't work as well). FoK over Frost elemental? It's better for the curve, and you needed AoE? SI:7 over Azure Drake? For curve again? Cannon over Spectral Knight I assume is purely curve, since Knight is so much better in general, especially in Arena? Cult Master over SSC? I'd tend to value the buff because unless you have a shitton of stuff to flood the board early (or a taunt) I find that you can rarely get more than one card from the Cult Master before it's removed. Shiv over Cold Blood? Card draw? You got offered so many eviscerates and saps wtf. | ||
