Now i have a major snooze problem and its kinda related to my semi lucid dreamingness. Like ever since I was a kid if i have a nightmare I somehow realize its a dream and just find a way out. like i remember saying to people in my dreams "this is just a nightmare we have to find something to read so we wake up" etc. now that i hit snooze for like an hour every morning the dreams I know are dreams kick in and i feel so obligated to continue them like thinking; just 5 more min of that story before work. gotta get back to my troops, and stuff like that. its fucked up. I need to stop snoozing. | ||

If you catch it fast enough you should straighten the muscles out fast enough that they realign correctly and avoid the pain. Tylenol works well for that muscle pain i've found though. | ||

I need to stop snoozing. That's the most common time to get vivid/lucid dreams cuz your brain is waking up but your body is still very much not awake.
