It's not available yet, though apparently already banned in some states. Johnson said he fears powdered alcohol will make it easier for children to "sprinkle it on top of their Wheaties for breakfast" Pure alcohol is a liquid. It isn't technically "powdered" in the same way most dehydrated things are (there's no water to remove), rather the liquid alcohol is absorbed in small water-soluble sugar crystals, so it acts like it's powdered. | ||
