The idea is so you could just add the powder to make quick drinks, but obviously since it's a white powder people end up snorting that shit like fucking morons. There are also cases of "butt chugging" which involves a funnel, powdered alcohol, and your butt. You do the math. People have literally died doing that btw. Fucking dumb shits nowadays. #trustuncleBP

Though to be fair, out of the list of things people have stuck up their assholes, alcohol or tampon soaked alcohol is less "WTF?!" worthy than most.

Powdered alcohol has the same uses as other powdered products: it's light, easy to transport, easy to store. Pretty ideal for canoeing, for example, though I suppose nobody else does that, what with Canada having all the lakes.

how is it easier to transport when it's more volume than pure alcohol? it's not like liquids are particularly difficult to transport, all you need's a fucking bottle o.o

Liquidians are heavier still.

Eh. 3 days to go (for me), and every single one they're more insistant on how little is left. On the plus side, it makes my job more stressful/less unsatisfying than my social life for once.

what's heavier, 1 kg of alcohol or 1 kg of alcohol absorbed in 0.5kg of sugar?

More like 0.4kg of alcohol, 0.6kg of other liquid and a 2kg bottle vs 0.6kg of alcohol+flavour absorbed in 0.2kg of sugar
Maybe it's different in the Czech Republic, but in Canada most people don't drink 100% alcohol.
edit: oh shit I just meant that generically, not actually to do with being Czech

Thanks Alaric for linking The Dreadnoughts. I've been listening to them all day. I've already listened to the Gintlemen's Club over a dozen times already.
Also I found the complete set of Cowboy Bebop on DVD today. I didn't even exist on a full DVD set so I was pleasantly surprised. Hopefully my brother likes his Christmas gift.

Guys, i've made a huge mistake. I started making scones, and accidentally poured in all the wet ingredients immediately instead of working to the consistency i wanted, so i salvaged the batch and had to bake it in muffin tins. I did so, taking the usual precautions, and now my scones won't come out of the tins T_T.

The one who linked them to me first has been touched by the gratitude, Frudgey.

At your age the more important thing is that you remembered it. 2 more years and you won't even know your own face in the mirror.

It purports itself to be edgy and whimsical but once you've read it for a while you've read it all and it ends up being neither.
