Like it or not, running makes for a really great cardio workout: Maintain a six-mile per hour pace, and you'll burn upwards of 557* calories in one hour! And even if running that fast for that long** seems like a bit of a stretch, you can still burn an impressive 398 calories per hour by jogging. Source: I'm a doctor.

Correct. Pigment and light have differing primaries.

Just wrote my Elementary Number Theory test today so I'm going to sit around and amount to a whole bunch of nothing today. Monday is Statistics and then I can die a free man. Although whether or not I'm free would really depend on your viewpoint of society, individuals, belief of freewill, etc. All I guess that I'm saying is that "freedom" is a loaded topic. Man I feel much less coherent when I'm tired. I'm going to look back at this post later and wonder what went wrong.

Dude. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Is bigfoot real? top google search results are not always great man How many calories you burn running depends on your weight. a man under 150 lbs isn't going to burn as many as a man weighing 180-200 looking to lose weight. it does not just depend on your speed. 130-150 calories a mile is what you can expect to burn depending on your weight. unless you are tiny. but if you are tiny, you'll burn even less from weight lifting as well. proportionally slightly less, maybe 10ish% less from the activity itself, so 10-15 calories less, but the increased burn over the day is the same proportionally because your metabolism will not be as active as it has to be for a larger man. so you'll only burn about 450 from a day of weight lifting and burn, and about 680 from running at 150 lbs. still more from running than weight lifting. a larger man at 200 will burn almost twice that.
