Samuel Colt might have made every man holding a colt equal, but when only one is, it kind of tilts the scales. I suppose we should agree to disagree here, i dont think either of us will convince the other of anything other than that we disagree, which has already happened. | ||

All I know, is if you're crazy enough to assault a police officer that's clearly carrying a gun, and is in his vehicle. That's not a person who's sane enough to stop at "just beating you up and stopping". Sure maybe if Wilson was a high level martial artist, could have resolved the issue of a charging Mike Brown without death. Maybe finish it off with a triangle choke, but guess what the media headlines would be? "White officer uses dangerous blood choke on young black kid, you can't believe what he got away with!" Remember just a couple months before this, an officer got in trouble for using an RNC on a black dude, and it ended up killing him (even though it was properly applied and well within normal range of hold), the entire media lighted him up. "WHY DID HE USE SUCH A DANGEROUS MOVE?!", meanwhile in BJJ dojo's all around the world just chuckled at the media headlines. The situation and racial tension in Ferguson (and the rest of the US), was running high, almost any outcome of the incident involving Mike Browns actions, and Wilson's obligation as a cop would have ended extremely poorly. | ||

And you want to see what an unarmed person can do to another human being? just look up mike tyson fights. Hell 40 year old george foreman was still knocking people out with a single shot, unarmed doesn't mean "not dangerous". | ||
