For me when I was really into weight lifting it was because deep inside I wanted more. Working out and wanting to be fit, skinner, healthier.. Etc should not be done because you read about it and other people tell you it's important. It should be done because that's a life choice you are wanting to make. That is how you work out longer than 10 minutes, you feel that drive throughout the entire working session. It's that drive for wanting more and more. It boils down to commitment, discipline and hard work. That's how it gets done! I don't want to make this long but it is all in your head, you gotta want the end result and that will be your motivation to work out harder and longer. I tried a bunch of different things. Pre workout, energy pills, creatine. Nothing beats that feeling after a good solid workout and what makes it even better is waking up the next morning and just craving more..... Writing this is making me want to start up again. It's tough traveling with what I do but man thinking about it and typing this out gives me chills cause it is a lot of fun. I usually cheat this by doing the cycling machine while playing on my NDS.

The sitting part kind of killed me, but otherwise it is fine. Do you otherwise stand when playing DS? I guess you could lie down too but I find that is more work for playing handheld games. In terms of finding the motivation to work out, it is pretty much all about goals and your desire to meet them. I'm pretty close to the goal I set early in June or July of getting back to my previous PRs and my workout program constantly has mini-goals to hit and achieve so there is a lot of nice feedback loops to keep me excited about going to the gym.

In AA news holy hell stuff is getting crazy,+ Show Spoiler [Beware here be rantings] + I'm broke again trying to regrade four pieces of gear at once and failing constantly. I'm going to need tons of gold just to get to an acceptable armor level. It's actually cheaper for me to continue to farm the end dungeon for gear so I can attempt to upgrade it less and without tossing even more gold down the regrade hole. As an aside, PX your mailbox should be stuffed full of harvests to profit from. Let's hope The worst part about all of this is I'm really just trying to play catchup to others so I can actually feel like I wouldn't be a waste in a group situation/general fighting. The irony is that in any massive fighting it doesn't matter what gear I have because if several people focus you, you're as good as dead anyway. Still have to get the damn tier 2 hasla weapons after that. At least that's just time and patience.
