My brother is a textbook single-strike button masher, and I found Cervantes the easiest to make him rage with specials. Why not Amy? I remember marveling at how pretty her fights could be in the hands of a capable player, with all these sidestep/backstep/counter moves (she had something like 4 to dodge, and at least one to parry/counter, I think? On top of the usual sidesteps by double tapping up or down), but that'd have been hard, and she was probably bad anyway. ![]() My issues are the combos going with a special 236, followed by a super with input 236-236. If you mess up a timing, you very easily skip the special and directly do the super. Edit: I watched a few combo videos today to get an idea of what B'n'B the characters have, and I've got to say I ended up pretty sad about KoF XIII because apparently it's a lot of just repeating the same special over an over again in the corner, without variety. That's not satisfying at all, I vye for aesthetics in a fighting game. :<

KoF isn't about fancy-ness as much as its about execution and reads.

I actually got off a little lucky, I can get into details if you guys want, both on why mine is no big deal and on why a little toe break can still be a huge deal.

Doesn't stop UMvC and KoF from being super hype (and clutch) with the reads and high stakes of missing a combo, but as much as a Takuma 100-0 for the comeback is nice once in awhile, it only looks good because of execution and it's still super repetitive from a visual standpoint.

A few quests later in that chain you also get your 16x16 farm, so it's a chain you'll want to get through at some point. I haven't done it on my alt yet. Was thinking I might just wait for a few of you people to do it so we're all slowly traversing the continent together.

Adventures are made from the work of crafters and merchants. *shrug* People enjoy owning a plot of land and raising stuff on it. It's essentially the ultimate crafters dream. Raise the sheep, make the wool, craft the wool into fine cloths, then enchant the clothes with magical properties for the fancy elf wizard who can't find his way around a sheep to save his pointy eared life. Conversely, harvest moon.
