It's my fault really. He hated the game he played here though and found the community toxic (which it sort of is, to be honest, especially lately) I'm exhausted and really fucking stressed guys.

And yeah I imagine it's the gaming thing he might be trying to distance himself from. I wrote a blog about this a while ago, but sometimes I feel like a bad father for making the choice to attempt to continue gaming even when it's not to the detriment of my 'non-gaming' life (marriage/kids/etc)

Yeah I'm taking a break because of board exams, but after watching your game I wonder if ill bother coming back. I'm certainly a lot less stressed/annoyed. This is also the reason soniv and I want a TL LOL game but if the interest isn't there then meh.

Its actually not about winning as win or lose doesn't matter. It about discovery shit on people and their tells so you can embarrass them at a later date. It was fun...

Not that I think you're saying this in a mean-spirited way, but Monte was interviewed by Riot 3 times in addition to interviews with other game companies. He tried to break into the industry for about a year before he got tired of getting interviewed but never hired by anybody. If after that he wants to let IBM hire him, so be it, he gave it a shot but he still needs to feed himself and his wifey. On October 01 2014 09:09 WaveofShadow wrote: Hey what about mordek? I think it's more that he doesn't play LoL and that's really what drew him to TL. I don't think you should feel like a bad father simply for gaming. I do have mixed feelings about my own involvement with games, but that's mainly because of the times that I have noticed it affecting my work or my relationships. I don't know what kind of experience you have, but I would be very reluctant to trade the best moments I've had with gaming. The worst candy-crush-esque what-did-I-do-with-my-time ones? Yeah, those can go to the dump. I've found those kinds of moments in many places other than gaming too. But IDK, you know your gaming better than I do. edit: Adding this because maybe it will help all you stressed folks laugh a bit.

It wouldn't be a problem in itself, but they didn't really add anything new to help cope with these jacked up prisoners (other than I can change their security setting to a new level, which has no practical effect early because you can't afford to segregate your prison). One minor riot means if you just started your prison, you probably just had its entire guard contingent murdered. I guess I could start with lower security prisoners, but then profit margins are too low to do much of anything. I guess they didn't like the clock work prisons, but the alternative "riot nearly every day while some prisoner murders like 20 guys if you let him see the sun" the game is now isn't really that fun or realistic either.

I know far too much about not getting hired for my tastes. Shit blows.

Ah, I understand now, I thought you were saying IBM was a bad place. I can totally sympathize with the not hired thing, it sucks, and since my work is all temporary I'm pretty much always searching.
