Rebirth isn't $0.44...it was something like $10 if you already owned BoI. You're talking about the expansion to the original BoI, Wrath of the Lamb, but essentially not buying that is like owning SC and not buying BW. Nobody owns just the original without the xpac. Edit: Lot of interesting 'behind the scenes' info released on the website today, also some sort of documentary...? http://bindingofisaac.com/ Ooo and a 'Hard mode.' I wonder what difficulty will be standard for the racing community and what items will be banned...I feel like I may skip normal mode entirely. | ||

I actually own BoI without the Xpac, I bought the game because I enjoyed watching Northernlion play it but then discovered that after awhile the horror themes gradually got to me and I stopped. I don't normally do horror so I'm surprised that it took me time to dislike it. I also have Our Darker Purpose, which I think I got much farther in? Hard to tell without spoiling myself. But I got stuck on a boss and stopped playing that too. I used to think that people who couldn't finish games were uncommitted chumps but now I guess I know how it happens. Yeah, I can't remember the last time I watched a dota game with less than 1 kill per minute, yet a LoL game with that kind of action seems super crazy and rare. Mirai Nikki is an anime where God is dying and he needs to find a successor. So he starts a "game" where 12 people are chosen and given a special diary which can predict the future but it's tailored for them. These 12 people have to go kill each other. Last person alive wins the game and becomes God. Two of these people chosen are classmates. (They're the protagonists you get introduced to in like the first episode so it's not spoilers btw.) One of them is Gasai Yuno and she's super in love with Amano Yukiteru. As in, really really in love with him. So there are a lot of cases of her saying his name. It's also a thing in Japan to remix repeated quotes from an anime with games. So Yuki Yuki Yuki which is a remix of a song from Mojipittan which has also been remixed with stuff like Tantei Opera Milky Holmes. This has been a thing for a long time with a much older example being this 2008 (six years ago!) remix of Kirby's Gourmet Race with Lucky Star. | ||
