You'd think being on a website that idolizes the Korean SC scene there'd be some more understanding of high stakes.
Hell the stakes aren't even that high; its not like losing a wow character. It's so easy to level and gear up again if you need.
Yeah it sucks to die and lose stuff but that thrill of being on the edge or realizing you fucked up and barely surviving, having to play with something on the line and forcing yourself to be more careful, to strategize even a little bit rather than simply mindlessly blast through everything...

Yeah, the numbers right now are really arbitrary and it keeps weirding me out. Like, my friend was talking about how they got Heroic Garrosh down to like 10 Million HP on a run and I was like "well that's quite a bit still, isn't it?". Apparently I was wrong, and the tanks can often shield slam crit for several million. I'm really looking forward to the number squish.

I kinda wish seasonal existed back when I made my witchdoctor lol. I have to get him to 70 now though, so that's nice at least. I was so terrified when I almost lost him last night. Soloing him on T1 Act 2, ran into 2 elite packs. I don't remember all the things they had, but I'm pretty sure both were wallers, they definitely had jailer, plagued, mortar, and molten. Got caught with my spirit walk down, and jailed/walled in a pool of death.
Spamming pots, spamming spirit walk, I watch my health drop to nothing. Completely forgot I had Spirit Vessel.

But props to you guys/all who do do HC. I've always loved HC. Eppa's death was tragic. We had been blowing through expert and were like "ok this needs to be harder".
