It was a very good action film because there was action without a lot of facepalming and it was irreverent and insouciant the whole time. I am not going to watch the movie a second time anytime in my lifetime ago though. 7/10 Do you just not like blockbusters? If Guardians was a 7 for you, I'd love to know what movies that would be classified in the same genre would get 9+. I felt it was damn near perfect for what it tried to be, and every review I read that didn't give it a 9+ basically said nothing negative before ending with a score that's clearly just knocked down because this won't be a Best Picture Nominee like Boyhood.

Ergo Proxy has a great start, especially in terms of atmosphere, but past some point around the middle it slows down to a crawl and the interest is pretty variable, until the end just rushes toward the "here is my pseudo-philosophical and "deep" religious stuff cock, lemme choke on it" onanism that tends to get old with a bunch of intellectual stuff. I should read Pluto. Maybe once I'm done with Steel Ball Run (which is rather weird in terms of pacing compared to the earlier parts; I'm a bit annoyed because the characters' reasoning and assumptions (especially when it comes to Stands, after coming up with that name) tend to take huge shortcuts, past the first few fights there's way less "trying to figure out wtf that guy does/where he hides").

Psyren and Hoshi no Samidare are amazing. Hellsing, Berserk, and FMA Brotherhood are great as well, along with Cowboy Bebop. Kinda wish there was an anime about Gunmania, but I don't think there is, it's by the same mangaka as Hellsing, but the MC makes Alucard look sane, for the most part. It's awesome.

Highly awesome series, just you know violent and crazy and while it's hard to get ahold of and you are unlikely to find it avoid the completely uncut version. I don't particularly think Elfen Lied is good, merely just some shock value with barely a coherent plot or characters but here's a link for the download. Ergo proxy on the other hand is pretty cool. Had a lot going for it but gets a little lost in time towards the middle then has a good finish. On August 06 2014 16:00 WaveofShadow wrote: No I don't give a shit about fighting robots honestly. I'm a Lovecraft aficionado primarily so give me anything by Guillermo Del Toro or Stephen King and I'm happy. It's the creative looking and styled monsters, end-of-the-world and things beyond human comprehension that gets me going. You should give Shinsekai Yori a watch. Ok maybe i just love the show but it's really good dystopian scifi. Also Kara no Kyoukai and Mushishi.

There is no plot. Mushishi is just a story about a dude helping other people. It's completely episodic. So it doesn't really "pick up" but there are eps that are better than the others. Some of those stories are so touching and heartwarming with really nice messages.

Just like how need for speed had the AE86 No it wouldn't , nobody even uses them outside of Kirito. Does amuse me that they use the actual lightsaber sounds though.

Has anyone ever known anyone to do those survery things for money online? are they scams? ect. my desperation has turned me to migrate to the wild west of the internet.

Have to remember everything about SAO is pandering. GGO needed to check off lightsaber/trap/traumatized girl off the list where previous arc had tentacles/incest/elfears. I know a guy that works with them and seems legit. Think it just depends what survey thing you looking at.

Wednesdays are Friday silly. Thursday is Saturday, and Friday is Super Friday, where money happens to materialize into my bank account.
