I caught a Pancham because I thoguht he was cute. Pangoro his Evolve form is Dark/Fighting Type. That is pretty sick typing in terms of both offense and defence. I think Pangoro will be pretty stronk competively, unless his movepool is absolutely awful. But seeing how his ability is Iron fists I bet he gets like Thunder Punch, Ice punch, Bullet punch (pls?) etc. | ||

yeah, food is a big one, though you might not realize it. (good food tho, chocolate bar won't do shit, but a proper meal with with vegetables and meat and shit or eggs and milk for example will.) sleep is an obvious one usually works eye strain as well, if i am in college pc lab and don't take off my glasses for example. I have to focus on distance objects and shit or just sleep it off but i get headaches if i look at too many near objects while having glasses on all day i always scorned taking some pills even when i was small because i always figured it killed the pain but not the underlying problem which was more important | ||
