To get Giratina, go into a Gamestop and open up Mystery Gift. Then connect to their wireless and you'll get it from the Postman next time you go into a Pokemon Center. idk how the Torchic one works yet. | ||

If you're connected to Wifi (any wifi), use Mystery Gift in the menu and it'll download from Nintendo servers. | ||
