Wouldn't take too long to make him a better DotA 2 caster too, LOL. lolol I wish I still had the time to cast. I think I've said to Soniv about 10 times now, if only I were like 6+ years younger and at a different stage in my life, I would have gone for casting hardcore. Anyway setting up stream now.

Didn't even get into any battles or anything. I lost interests already. It looks way too similar to Final Fantasy and I actually wasn't too prepared for it. I was expecting something a bit different but the evidence so far suggests otherwise. I mean, look, the first character starts in the FREELANCER class and has a skill that gives 1% bonus to (all?) stats FOR EACH JOB MASTERED. Don't get me wrong, I love Final Fantasy and I actually like Final Fantasy 5 in particular. But I wasn't ready for an actual Final Fantasy clone. Yeah it's just final fantasy with a different name, but the job system is actually pretty in depth. My favorite of the series. If you like older final fantasies, I think Bravely Default is a must buy.
Oh I am going to play it. I bought it already and the other choice is to play Pokemon. Gen 6. UGH.
+ Show Spoiler +Since I brought up the topic I'll do a rant. I really hate the vertically-elongated eyes for the male character on X/Y. It looks really awkward/bad. I opted to make a female one instead. I wonder if I will get the stare playing it on the subway. + Show Spoiler +Pretty sure I'll get the stare regardless because it's a guy with a suit playing Pokemon. But that's beside the point.

So, you are saying it's even MORE broken than Spellblade + Rapid Fire + Dual Wield?

By implementation it's worse because there are more obvious imbalances, and less secondary benefits for leveling classes that don't provide abilities/passives you'll directly use. So, you are saying it's even MORE broken than Spellblade + Rapid Fire + Dual Wield? The broken stuff is as broken as Spellblade/Rapid Fire/Dual Wield, and the system as a whole has more glaring flaws, particularly from how poorly a lot of skills are designed within the action economy of the game. Probably the biggest systemic issue is simply the large number of BP-spending damage abilities that seem to not mesh well with the damage cap (in fact the damage cap, along with Bravely Second, seem tacked on--and as a whole detract from the game, IMO).
For those who havent played, the Brave/Default system basically works using turns as a resource, where you can save or over-spend turns, and turns that you save by using the equivalent of the traditional RPG defend option can be used together on subsequent turns (or alternatively, you can overspend by up to 4 turns and have the corresponding subsequent turns spent doing nothing defenseless). Certain classes have abilities that can spend saved turns to execute powerful moves.
The problem arises when the game's 9999 damage cap meets abilities that spend multiple turns to deal extra damage. This is best explained with an example. If you have an ability that spends 3 turns to do bonus damage, it has to do more than 3 turns of autoattacking to be worth it. When these abilities are acquired, this tends to be the case. However, as soon as you pass 3333 damage on a basic attack (which definitely happens by the halfway point in the game), that ability becomes worthless because it no longer becomes possible for it to do 3 turns worth of damage at once, when your single-instance damage is capped at 9999 damage. There's a whole truckload of abilities that get obsoleted by the halfway point in the game because of this fact, and it makes the Ninja and its respective Dual Wielding ability the only legitimate endgame physical damage dealer because autoattacking with Dual Wield attacks in 2 instances, meaning you can do higher damage than single attacks thanks to the single attack being capped at 9999 damage.

Day 2 over and Dota still doesn't make any fucking sense.

Yeah Wave your webcam is a little wonky. Doesn't seem to be working.

In all honesty, the top three teams currently in standings are still all Chinese teams. VG, iG, and DK. Their losses have been amazing in terms of how hasty/badly they can play as well. So all the teams are looking human which is pretty entertaining at least. Then it's EG and Na'Vi. Not that unexpected overall even if the games have been very crazy

First 40k loss since coming to this store :\ It was a fun game though, but we played one of the old missions, which aren't as good as the new ones imo. Thinking about buying some Spyders in the future.

Giant robot bugs that tend to the tombs while the Necrons sleep. They're Monstrous Creatures with some sick upgrades. Problem is, though they're really cheap in game (50 points for a MC that also has Psyker denial? Yes plz), they're $50 per model and you run them in squads of 1-3.
