towers isn't even the newest anymore, though it is where the athletes get free housing nowadays. UCF bought some property north of campus on Mculloch and built northview its even crazier in terms of cost. LOL did you live in Pegasus landing (now knights circle to escape the mold related google search results). i had a girl i was with have to move out of there for prevalent black mold in the walls and ceiling, even more fucked up, is they only moved her out because she reported it, her neighbors who scared those walls and floor/ceiling didn't get moved, they got to keep living with black mold.

Yep, pegasas landing. It was the only place near campus that I could get at the time, but ended up finding out it had black mold. Also, a spider infestation which was fun....
Complained about it and got moved into an empty Towers apartment for half the year. Told my roommates to do the same. They ended up moving everyone in the bottom floor apartments though due to it and it was scheduled to get worked on. No idea if they did anything; never really cared once I got out of there.
Yeah I heard about Northview but never actually checked it out. I lived in the Edge for a while because all my friends liked it. We almost ended up in Boardwalk but the Edge had bigger rooms. I know a few friends who lived in apartments like 30+ mins from campus though and those were horrible. It's like, same cost as the edge, except instead of 4 people, only 3, and unfurnished.

It's been 3 years since I lived there, but our apartment was clean and the rooms are decent. I actually didn't mind living there at all. Only thing is my roommates and me were really clean, and actually cleaned the kitchen even. Not many people are like that so you might get an apartment that....isn't as clean after use lol.
They also have the UCF shuttle go there so we never really had to drive to UCF. So no actual parking permit needed that year which was nice to save that $100.
The monthy cap is like for utilities was sometimes really easy to go over, especially if your roommates are dumb though.

Oh god why. Northgate was a no before we even visited it just due to the room sizes and prices. Visited northgate anyway just because it was on our way to other places and that was an instant no, even before meeting the management lol.
