problem is i cant stay awake more than like 8 hours at a time, or i feel deathly tired.

You should like go for a walk or something when you wake up. Do ANYTHING but stay in the house after waking up.
Having a schedule that doesn't allow for 12+ hours of sleep also helps.

here's my normal schedule:
wake up at 9 am, take a shower go to class which starts at 10.
get done around 1 pm, take a nap til around like 4-5 pm.
eat dinner around 7, play games/do homework til like 10-11 and then sleep until 9 am again.
so im up for like, 9-10 hours a day usually which is probably extremely low lol.

It just sounds like you have low energy because your body is used to low impact/low activity. You seem to have a very sedentary schedule, so instead of the nap, walk to get lunch/dinner or even just move some more.

I think it took me more than a hour to fall asleep tonight again. Not sure what's going on, and anxiety doesn't help with it. I seem to be unable to "let go" mentally and despite the lack of sleep I don't feel tired so as long as I'm aware that I'm failing to fall alseep, it feeds itself.
Fucking brain, just shutdown and give me my 7 hours of sleep already. @_@

I find that when that happens I just have to start counting. Count the number of breathes you take and focus on that. Eventually your mind calms itself down.
If that doesn't work try playing chess in your head. It's hard and usually tires me out.
