The wedding was alcohol-less and mostly older people so it was pretty much just my cousins and immediate family who actually did any dancing rather than talking at the reception. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I was expecting to meet girls and show them my dance moves and MONTE YOU LET ME DOWN EVEN THOUGH YOU INVITED A MILLION PEOPLE. I don't get to look awesome in a snazzy tux every day, you know. And yeah, I'm totally putting the blame on Monte here rather than my lazy arse that's held me back the other 364 days of the year. + Show Spoiler + but yeah the wedding was pretty awesome, funniest part was Monte having trouble putting the ring on while our uncle (who officiated) ran out of things to say about marriage vows to cover him

I was shaking the entire time, but apparently no one noticed (or at least that's just what they were telling me). I spent about 2 hours beforehand just walking around reading my speech. Well my uncle is a priest so he's kind of used to speeches, all the same when the groom can't put the ring on the bride's hand you will run out of things to say since you're generally not supposed to be giving a speech at that point. XD That's one of the things about weddings though, things can go wrong and no one really notices because people care about the couple, not about whether proper wedding cake cutting music is playing or whether the officiator is shaking. At least as long as no one locks theirs knees and passes out or injures themselves, when that happens people are more likely to get mad. I know one guy who was supposed to give the wedding sermon/speech and he tripped on a cord and hurt himself pretty bad on his way up and the couple never forgave him for that, which is sad. =(
