You guys have no idea what you're asking for nerfing literally the core units of the race that are used in 99% of every game for every match up in order to prop up a Hive unit that only sees play in maybe 20-25% of games and that's being extremely generous with that estimate.

It'd be like nerfing Marines and buffing Thors.

That how I am thinking too. What could we do to nerf lings beside the adrenaline upgrade nerf after hive? The same thing to banes, maybe decrease some AOE rather that attack upgrades.

Well the only suggestion of nerf I saw was for lategame ling/bane with upgrades and adrenal so the "99%" doesn't apply. I'll also add that before the baneling HP buff, banes barely saw any use in ZvP, yet zerg wasn't struggling in the matchup despite supposedly being a "core unit".
And personally, I do think that ling/bane being the best lategame composition for zerg is stupid af. And yes, it's no different from mass marines for Terran, and I dislike that too.

I just felt bad that Ultralisks are criminally underused in the fight against Terran armies in late game. Against Protoss, I don't have a problem at all.
