US rules have always been super lax, plus South Korea hasn't distributed all that many vaccines (Tasteless is probably not old/at risk enough for a vaccine right now). | ||

That being said it's clear he has more knowledge of BW than StarCraft 2, but as you mentioned it was clear he was trying to cast well and be professional. Which is funny because most Tasteless/Artois casts are anything except professional. (In that they joke a lot and that about off topic things). | ||
