Well that's the point  Shroud is a great ability, which works very well on paper and in lower leagues. It is mitigated by storms, bigboom balls, colossi or archons. Protoss has 4 different units how to mitigate the shroud, especially since the only ground anti-air we can talk about at later stages of the game are hydras and they melt against these 4 units.edit> in other words, shroud is even worse than EMP against zerg, because it has so limited use.
