I believe he thinks other way around: multitask is not as ping dependent.
With the multitasking he has to look away from them units. Which imo happened when he was fighting for the 4th of Rogue where he lost so many marines to banelings without splitting. Both has pros and cons I guess. (considering in other fights he did the splitting quite well)
Since you can't split that well due to ping anyways, why bother?

At least try a little? Like there wasn't anything done at all, clumped marines against banes. What can go wrong? IMO it was the tipping point where Rogue got a slight advantage which he utilized.

There are only 2 possible scenarios. Rogue goes full Rogue and gives as an absolute trash of a series to advance 3:0 or Rogue goes full Rogue and bombs out with maybe Showtime throwing a map like last time. Not sure which one would suck more tbh... Just not expecting anything from PvZ no more, especially when Rogue is involved
