I mean, it was funny watching how somehow Terran does not have a counter to mutalisks anymore, but it has little to do with imbalance here.

Against Dark in the group stage he brought different openings every game, mixed it up and applied a lot of pressure. The only game that looked even close at one point was the last game were the hellion drop did good damage. Maybe overconfidence, thinking that his standard macro should be better than DRG? And now Dream basically does the same thing, going macro and hoping that the zerg doesn't know how to play zerg lategame? IMO Innovation and Dream should have prepared more heavy pressure and all-in builds. BC into 2-base 5-rax, proxy 2 or 3 rax, anything to throw the zerg off his game. Feels like neither Innovation nor Dream have an actual gameplan tailored to their opponents, looks like they play it like it's a ladder game For Rogue and DRG they just play their standard games, no need to switch up if you can just straight-up win like that Well, clearly in the weeks leading up to the GSL RO16, the Korean Zergs hatched a conspiracy to make it seem like match-up TvZ favored Terran heavily, making Terrans feel like they would win if they could just play safe macro games. It's been paying off for the Zergs

Too squishy, and everyone uses them for worker harass/killing ground units.

It's been paying off for the Zergs that's a level of coordination that can only be explained by zerg players being a real hivemind. How the hell are protoss and terran supposed to compete with that? I'm predicting zerg to win every single GSL forever now

A proper usage of liberators on the other hand - is another sad topic I'd say you need only 3 of 4 libs in order to be safe from muta + some widow mines

If Liberators can be massed via reactors that'd mess up the meta a bit, but they can be made in numbers to at least force a zerg player from considering into going heavy muta investment.
