His approach to WC3 in a crude sense is to find what he considers the best build/style and just utterly perfect the execution, and it’s worked extremely well for him there! Yes when I think of a player who was monstruous on ladder but didn't perform, Happy comes to mind, he had insane winrate at the beginning of 2012 but it never translated in tournament result. And like you, I think his approach in sc2 was maybe too rigid while in wc3 he is a god... For Lucifron, I don't remember him trying full time pro, he didn't seem interested enough in the game (maybe in 2013 when he participed to the 3 wcs ?) | ||
