The Sugar 2v2 Cup is a new 2v2 tournament series sponsored by Matcherino. The cups will generally take place biweekly on Friday nights, though individual cups may be rescheduled to accommodate other events.

Format
- Single elimination (double-elimination bracket if 8 or less teams participate, with the upper bracket team in the finals getting a 1 map advantage).
- Bo3 matches, with Bo5 finals
- Higher seeded team chooses to be A or B.
- Bo3 veto process is ABBA BAC.
- Bo5 veto process is AB ABABC.
General Rules
- Anyone can participate in this tournament.
- When signing up for each cup in Challonge, be sure to change your name to the following format: Player1/Player2
- Join chat channel 2v2Cup on the NA server to find your opponents.
- Check in begins an hour before each cup starts. If you don't check in, you will automatically be removed.
- You may claim a walkover win if your opponents don't show up within 10 minutes of the next match becoming available.
- Players may race swap between different series but cannot do so mid-series. Once map vetoes are done, players must stick with their chosen race.
Server Rules
The default server is NA. However, to ensure fairness for players competing from non-NA regions, the following rules will be used to determine servers:
- NA vs NA: US Central
- NA vs EU/LA: US East
- NA vs Asia/OCE: US West
- EU vs Asia/OCE: US Central
