It's the 9th time the Finnish StarCraft II community website starcraft2.fi is celebrating another great year of StarCraft II with an online/offline tournament for Finnish (or Finnish-speaking) players. The tournament is named 9V. Cup, and it runs from December 2 to December 14, 2019. A total of 16 players compete for the €600 pool. StarCraft2.fi 9V. Without heavy and more or less artificial handicaps the winner of V9 would be already decided before even played, and everyone know already anyway who the top dog of this kennel is. Besides, Serral's insight as commentator probably help to grow Finnish scene more than his participation. I only miss off-racing Serral and this tournament would've been an excellent opportunity to see that.
