However, Serral's capacity for multitasking and in-battle decision-making was unworldly, as it always is. Knowing exactly how many roaches he can split off to go and massacre a mineral line but still hold the main battle, and execute that, time and time again is incredible.

Hard to look "clever" if every game you play is simply text book and as close to perfect as it gets nowadays ![]()

I looked at the schedule and it seems like a HotS semifinal takes three hours? Also it looks like it doesn't overlap much with other finals and closes out Blizzcon which seems good.

Amazing play against dark.. it's not like Dark played bad.. Serral simply had a game plan, executed it perfectly and simply outclassed Dark in micro and macro.. Best foreigner all time for sure

But yeah I don't mind it ending late of course, it's cool to get hosted at the end too, but it's not just starting 1 or 2 hours later, it's starting almost 5 hours later. They could've put something in that 4 hour gap. Edit: I am wrong, Overwatch is scheduled to end earlier and it's acutally WoW and sc2 closing out the esport. Although I don't see the sc2 final taking up 2 1/2 hours like in the schedule.

Interesting facts for the semis: Serral has over 80% win probability vs all the opponents left Rogue has over 70% win probability vs both protoss players Serral doesnt have a losing h2h against any of the remaining players(2-2 vs rogue) Rogue doesnt have a winning h2h against any of the remaining players(2-2 vs Serral)

You're not reading the situation correctly. Maru could only pick between suiciding the units doing no damage OR not suiciding them. Maru often has committed to widow mine drops he shouldn't have because he would have been behind if the protoss played well. But this mistake of his was particularly damning - there was no way what he did could work out (outside of ridiculous things like sOs move commanding his stalkers).
