Where does blizzcon Maru rank? That's the real question. Maru usually looks worse outside of korea tbh. He's won four starleagues but barely any weekenders (which are generally easier). He barely participated in tournaments outside of korea. Probably because he doesn't enjoy traveling as much. Which would also explain him generally doing worse in them. He's won four starleagues, has another four ro4 finishes in GSL, and was one of (if not the) best proleague player in sc2. The fact he won none of the weekenders he entered (aside wesg) says something. He's also excellent at preparation, he's been winning series with it ever since his first OSL run

Both are very strong in ZvZ. and Serral got smashed by soO at Nation Wars I think soO is a better and more consistent ZvZer than Dark. He's arguably the GOAT of the matchup. You just don't doubt that. Dark has very strong parts but very real flaws too. I think Serral might be better straight-up than him, but we'll see.

I remember him losing to Solar at IEM too. Online he's a monster but he hasn't actually done much offline outside of that one Bo3 over soO.
