I guess of the 4, zest is expected to be the most consistent.... so I'll say zest 3-2. Normally I would pick TY over gumiho, but gumiho has shown such strong form... and TY has a tendency to disappoint. So I say gumi 3-2. | ||

Maru vs TY Maru vs Classic Zest vs TY Zest vs Classic TvT aces in their mirror or PvP aces in theirs. OR Two surprising turn outs in the PvT match up going head to head. or The two best hands down PvT players going head to head. No matter what happens it's bound to be at least decent. | ||

Honestly all four players left have shown ridiculous skill ceilings in the past (TY being the only one without multiple starleague titles already), any of them could take it. But Classic is the only one I would say is currently near that skill ceiling, the other players have had better seasons (granted they're still some of the best out there). Maru is really good as well but I don't know how you beat Classic's PvT | ||

GuMiho probably has the best crisis management in all of sc2the only other players with instincts of what to do in crisis/stay creative in crisis are probably like Mvp or sOs | ||

He makes games chaotic and weird because that's his style and it gives him the best chance of winning. He's admitted that he doesn't have the mechanics of a Maru or INnoVation, so he puts games into positions where that doesn't matter. Winning chaotic games when that's your go-to playstyle isn't the same as having great crisis management. Even TY better than Gumiho in terms of responding to something sudden or unexpected, especially in the other matchups. | ||

That just wouldn't happen naturally to a player like TY. The game was resumed from 11:52 which is the exact time that the issues appeared to have started. TY didn't change the build order at all, he just actually started making things. Now I agree that pauses in general have an unknown impact on the game. Some players will be put out of rhythm by it and may even lose as a result. But you can't call a pause suspicious when there was clearly something going wrong | ||

It wasn't even that great an attack or allin either (three tanks and a bunch of hellbats), TY had more than enough army and production to hold it. If TY was really willing to pause and assess a situation he wouldn't have done it there. | ||
