Possibly, but they seem hard to utilize in that kind of way, since a warp prism would become a sitting duck while powering them and getting a pylon and then shield batteries would delay your push a lot and would be hard to set up in an effective aggressive position, unless your push is already strong enough without them.

Yes, protoss went from 12 to 5, terran from 7 to 3, and zerg from 13 to 7.
That's pretty good.
And for reference the matchups are even more interesting. PvT is close to 50%, a lot closer than even than PvZ is, yet I saw lots of people whining about toss in PvT. Zerg is the only one to be killing it right now.
