He is satirizing the Inno haters. Which should be obvious because Inno was the inventor of the double Starport build. Or at least the guy who used the build to great success on the big stage, which is what passes for "inventor" around here.

If your entire race starts copying your specific build, I guess that does make you a standard player.....

And they are all failing because they aren't INno.
So I don't know how the non-INno terrans will deal with hydra bane at this lvl.
(Just like players trying to copy Cure's build ( maru byun etc ).)

Yes for sure, Dark wasn't that far without being really prepared for it ( I suppose ).
And INno had to show a brilliant play with the tanks split all over the map.
