I'm not, but the series is more important to him than ByuN and that theoretically can push the worse player to victory. While ByuN still could theoretically fail to make it to the 2nd stage, it would take basically every series going a specific way and that seems unlikely.

I can't say I disagree. Mass banes is all we've been seeing since Dark's first SSL finals, pretty much. Hell, we can barely make the difference between ZvT and ZvP anymore : hydra/ling/bane is the standard is both matchups. I wish the game had more variety in army comps (RIP mech unless you're GuMiho)

But then it turns out hydra/ling/bane is also what they start with against mech because it's good enough.
Rogue is guaranteed to make stage 2, right? He'll have a better map score than Zest even if Zest 2-0s ByuN (5-5 vs 4-5) and only one of Impact and Hush can win their series.

Byun drops two medivacs worth of marines into Hush's main. the drop kills two artosis pylons, rendering all production useless, then proceed to kill the nexus. hush in the meantime yolos like 20 adepts into byuns natural with a bunker, a couple of mines and about 30-40 army supply of infantry, which get defeated rather easily with scvs. rapid's thoughts: "this drop is not working out too well for Byun" as he finishes the sentence hush types the gg.
I mean I've heard some bad casters. I used to hate Rifkin and the such but this guy is like a new level of anti caster, as if the job requirement was knowing exactly nothing about starcraft, but having a fair amount of self confidence to make up shit and stupid jokes.
