Classic is good against terran but he has horrendous records against both Maru and ByuN. Patience, on the other hand, can beat both and usually has the upper hand against Classic.

Maru > BuyN
Classic < Patience
Maru < Patience
BuyN > Classic
Maru < BuyN

Patience's record against the Terrans is absolutely horrendous as well. Arguably worse if we only count offline encounters. Even if we don't, Patience's record against Maru is much worse and his record against ByuN hardly better than Classic's.

You're right, I did not check that. I'm surprised it is that bad.

But Patience is much better strategically than they are so he could do it if he executes well (which he often fails to do though).

Either way, hoping for some good games.

Out of the top Terrans he only has good records against Inno and aLive. Not great vs TY and horrendous against Gumi, Maru & ByuN.

it's been like 5 minutes and Valdez already talked about how Maru struggled in the end of challenger losing to Dear (that was Byun) and about how Classic lost to Dark (he lost to Maru)...

I guess that is in fact what the numbers suggest. It is interesting because I always had the impression that Patience tends to shoot himself in the foot too often but can actually outplay the likes of Maru and ByuN quite handedly when he executes well enough.
