The difference in execution between a pro and a diamond player is so obscene that even a supposed build order win shouldn't help much.
Regardless, I doubt that's what actually happened because I'm pretty sure you need to be at least Masters to be allowed to enter GSL qualifiers.

Ever since I beat a low master zerg (800ZvZ games on LotV...) in ZvZ for my first time playing zerg in forever, I don't know if ZvZ is that volatile, or if zerg is now that much easy for such bad players to become masters...

I'm pretty sure most pros - Korean pros especially - would win 99/100 games against diamonds even with their offrace.
But again, I don't believe that's what actually happened with ByuL because I'm pretty sure GSL qualis are Masters+.

I've seen pros do it in LoTV though that's the point. Just saying if you rushed every game you play, at some point you'll get an easy win.

Maybe the DT thing could work, if I just don't die befoe getting the DTs. But that would be mostly on the other guy underestmating me and not scouting.
I still think that even with a 12pool into only workers a proper pro could just outmicro me forever.
