1. Make an army and keep attacking and keeping Stats contained or kill him. 2. Tech/expand and then get the ultimate army to crush Stats max out. Instead he made an army, did nothing then expanded and teched slower. By the time the lurker den/greater spire/ultra den came out Stats was maxed an on the doorstep. Basically, ByuL is a half stepper. | ||

Byul had a huge advantage. He could have kept attacking and win (he was 200/200 with a bank and Stats had 120 supply I believe). Since he chose not to keep attacking, he should have stopped making banelings and roaches/ravagers, instead adding in Hydras a lot sooner or adding infestors, anything but making ling/bane/ravager/roaches. | ||

I think he was scared of Stats going for a strong push as Stats was poking with his army multiple times without actually committing. I wouldn't call that a throw, it was really smart by Stats. | ||

While it was smart by Stats, ByuL could still have won that handily if he'd been decisive. | ||
