Generally speaking I've always enjoyed TB and Incontrol as casters and they make a great casting archon but it's particularly funny to hear them struggle to understand the simple concept of gas first reaper fact into cc before starport :D
You need two refinery to start reaper and factory production instantly when your rax is done, 1scv per gaz : 2 reaper 2 hellion into CC into macro follow up 2scv per gaz : CC slightly delayed compared to the 1scv per gaz but you can afford a high tech choice with it, most likely banshee cloak 3scv per gaz : CC very delayed probably 4+reaper and 4+hellion with either a medic/a liberator or banshee cloak

The challenger gets the advantage of knowing who they'll play against, they can lay out a gameplan. The king gets the advantage of map picks to make up for it.

The most idiotic thing is that after protoss goes for a potentially game-ending adept attack and zerg holds it really well the toss player is far ahead. Simply idiotic and imba.

That just delays the inevitable by another 20 minutes honestly. With enough tempests and oracle tags Neeb can kill everything for free.

i didn't watch the early game, but it's pretty established that skytoss default-wins from an even position when played properly... sporewall/viper/mass queen is not good either, it just loses over time to well controlled tempest <_> wp by neeb

If the zerg does not defend really well the initial adepts can but you so much behind that you are dead. It reminds me of the blink-stalker era where you could macro back home and just accidentally kill your opponent. For protoss adepts are not a huge investment that can win the game but for zerg they are potential death and almost always put you behind.

hmm, adept pressure is so common, I don't think the zerg should ever take game-ending damage to it unless it's heavily commited 2 base 8 gate allin.

Why did neeb make 2 stargates as the adepts left the base if he intended to end the game?
If the zerg does not defend really well the initial adepts can but you so much behind that you are dead. It reminds me of the blink-stalker era where you could macro back home and just accidentally kill your opponent. For protoss adepts are not a huge investment that can win the game but for zerg they are potential death and almost always put you behind.
hmm, adept pressure is so common, I don't think the zerg should ever take game-ending damage to it unless it's heavily commited 2 base 8 gate allin.
The scales are really off with adepts against both Z/T. defender has to commit so much more than the attacker. Adepts are simply broken OP unit that should have been nerfed ages ago.
compared to tempests they look pretty balanced I don't really see a problem with them to be honest, they are good but can be defended. not like tempests where there's nothing you can do..
You can kill all the tempests, realize that that doesn't allow you to kill your opponent, and then curse your luck because the Protoss had infinite money and just remade everything while you ran out of money.
That's how it goes for me usually.

The other day I base traded against a Protoss on Frost who got to tempest tech at like 10 minutes despite my best attempts to harass him. I killed all his initial 4 bases and all his tech, then he took a bad engage and lost most of his army. 5 minutes later his army is remaxed and better than mine because he had the money to rebuild everything he lost and more in a different corner of the map.

on dusk towers I once managed to create a stalemate ssituation with 40-50 ravens, ranged libs and vikings and slowly whittled away at his army. my only win vs mass tempests

You can't even try to do that on any of the maps in the current pool. Usually what happens in my games is that either player dies before tempests come out. When tempests come out I only win if they make a huge mistake (like allowing me to get under their tempests with a lot of marines).

haha this happened to me in HotS too. killed everything and thought I had won. (lots of manner mules ) than a mass tempest/carrier army attacked me froma corner of the map (I played mech though)
Actually you might be able to stalemate on New Gettysburg because the only real path across on the north side of the map is pretty narrow. But it's easier for prisms and such to get around on Gettysburg.

And then in my next game I flawlessly defend a DT drop, get a really early 3rd base, kill 30 workers with a drop and lose because I tried to deny his 4th base with a big push.
Given its gone 3 in the morning in Korea I think TB uses the Koreans early on in Shoutcraft for their own benefit. Expect to have Scarlett or similar in the last game

Honestly it was pretty tense. You were constantly wondering when an actual streak would start because TB kept sending out players with the potential to go on big streaks. And as a viewer you kinda want those big streaks. But every time I thought "Okay, this is a player who can really get a good streak going", they lost, even with some upsets.
