Absolutely if he'd played it right. He had a huge number of liberators, could've flown away buildings and then just whittled sOs down. He was barely mining as it was, so going back to save those 10 SCVs meant letting sOs mine with his 50+ probes and build up enough Stalkers to easily take out the liberators.
Doesn't matter how quickly he could've killed buildings as long as he can fly them out of range of the ground army of sOs.
It is different watching this on Twitch and seeing everything that is happening, of course. Jjakji was the last chance KT had to keep playing and the nerves must have been high, especially him not playing much in Proleague.

So disappointing  Losing wasn't unexpected but 0-4 with Zest cannon rushing wasn't what I would have predicted. Congrats Jin Air! way way too strong for KT.
